Candidates will also be rejected where they are bankrupt, in administration, being wound up, have not paid taxes or social security contributions. III.2.3) Technical capacity Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: When submitting an expression of interest respondents will be required to satisfy the following technical requirement as a minimum in order to progress to the tender stage; Equipment must have ECAC and Department for Transport Standard 3 approval and this must be supported by certification or accreditation by the Department for Transport and ECAC. The Airport will not consider responses where such accreditation or approval is anticipated in the future. When submitting an expression of interest respondents should provide details (make,model, name etc.) of the product that is being proposed as compliant with the technical requirements.
