Will include the inspection of all civil assets on the Sellafield site (e.g. sub structure, super structure, asset envelope, secondary components and civil services). Professional support shall be conducted in line with the relevant EU/British standards.
Topographical Surveys and Mapping Services;
Will cover all assets on the Sellafield site that are visible without requiring removal of an electrical, mechanical or ventilation plant item to gain access.

Additional information
Under the terms of this contract the successful contractor will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of Sellafield‘s wider economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations. The Community Benefits may cover the following areas:
— Recruitment of the long-term unemployed;
— Opening up opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs);
— Other community benefits.
The Procurement comprises one Framework Agreement. This Procurement will not be split into Lots due to the size and nature of it. The 4 year option gives Sellafield suitable access to a single supplier for Civil Inspection Services whilst remaining at a value threshold that maximises opportunities for the market (across all levels of the Civil Engineering Services Sector).
