Supply contract prior information notice
Programme in support of EU–Georgia agreements.
ENPI — Decision No 2012/023-281.
European Union, represented by the European Commission, on behalf of and for the account of Georgia (direct management), Tbilisi, GEORGIA.
The overall objective of the contract is to support the upgrade and modernisation of the Georgian National Agency for Standards and Metrology (GeoSTM) — under the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia — with provision of new and modern metrology equipment for its laboratories. In order to fulfil the requirements related to metrology and calibration in accordance with EU standards and to meet the demand of Georgian industry, adequate and effective equipped laboratories in GeoSTM are necessary.
Indicative number and titles of lots:
12 lots, as follows:
lot 1: electricity and time and frequency;
lot 2: flow;
lot 3: force;
lot 4: length;
lot 5: liquid density;
lot 6: chemistry;
lot 7: radiation;
lot 8: radio frequency and microwave measurements;
lot 9: optics;
lot 10: acoustics;
lot 11: thermometry and humidity;
lot 12: vibration.
Intended timing of publication of the contract notice:
Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action and Regulation (EC) No 1638/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24.10.2006 laying down general provisions establishing a European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument.
There must be a minimum period of 30 calendar days between the publication of this prior information notice and the publication of the corresponding contract notice.
