This procurement procedure is governed by the rules laid down by the Financial Regulation of Fusion for Energy adopted by the Decision of the Governing Board of 22.10.2007 as last amended and the implementing rules of the Financial Regulation adopted by the Decision of the Governing Board of 22.10.2007 as last amended. 3. In case of (a) new contract(s) consisting of a repetition of similar works or services entrusted to the economic operator to whom Fusion for Energy awarded the contract currently subject of this procurement procedure, Fusion for Energy may use the negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 100.2 g (ii) of Fusion for Energy's implementing rules. 4. An information meeting may be scheduled by Fusion for Energy. Further information in relation to the date, location and agenda of the information meeting will be published on the Fusion for Energy buyer's profile at least 2 weeks before the meeting.
