Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a continuous supply of standard grouting encapsulation process of Low Level Waste (LLW) which is will be deposited into waste containers in the newly built Encapsulation Facility at Dounreay.
The grout powders consist of the following:
— Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Standard BSEN 1971:2000 (CEM1) Class 52,5N;
— Pulverised Fuel Ash (PFA) Standard BSEN 450-1 Class N.

Lodging of appeals
Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Dounreay Site Restoration Limited will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of contracts is communicated to tenderers. The period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before a contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 no 5, which apply to England, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 no 1, which apply to Scotland, provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the sheriff court, the Court of Session, (Scotland) or in England and Wales and Northern Ireland, the High Court. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months). Where a contract has not been entered into the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the Court may only award damages.
