The present procurement procedure is governed by the rules laid down in the Financial Regulation of Fusion for Energy adopted by Decision of the Governing Board on 22.10.2007 and last amended on 24.11.2011 and the implementing rules of the Financial Regulation adopted by Decision of the Governing Board on 22.10.2007 as last amended.
The official language of F4E is English. Documentation to be provided shall be in English or accompanied by a translation of the relevant parts. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to the exclusion of the tenderer from the tender procedure.
