Afin d'assurer la sécurité et la sûreté de ses installations nucléaires dans toutes les phases d'exploitation, la marine nationale dispose d'un système d'information et d'un système expert d'aide à la décision.

Le Système de surveillance nucléaire de la marine (2SNM) est déployé sur 4 sites:

— base navale de Brest,

— base navale de Cherbourg,

— base de l'île Longue (Brest),

— base navale de Toulon.

Pour compléter ce dispositif, des Moyens de secours ultime (MSU) mobiles sont déployés sur les mêmes sites, l'objet de la présente consultation est le maintien en condition opérationnelle des MSU mobiles.
