Description of the procurement:
Die Betreiberin der Lagerhalle Unterweser (LUW) in Niedersachsen hat gemäß § 19a Atomgesetz alle 10 Jahre eine Überprüfung und Bewertung der nuklearen Sicherheit der LUW durchzuführen und die nukleare Sicherheit der Anlage kontinuierlich zu verbessern. Die Ergebnisse der entsprechenden erstmalig durchgeführten Überprüfung und Bewertung sind dem Niedersächsischen Ministerium für Umwelt, Energie, Bauen und Klimaschutz als zuständige Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsbehörde im Dezember 2016 zugeleitet worden. Die zuständige Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsbehörde wird im Rahmen ihrer behördlichen Prüfung Sachverständige nach § 20 Atomgesetz zuziehen, welche in einem Zeitraum von ca. 0,5 Jahren eine sicherheitstechnische Prüfung und Bewertung (Sicherheitsgutachten) zu den von der Betreiberin vorgelegten o. g. Ergebnissen abgeben sollen. Zudem sollen Sachverständige nach § 20 Atomgesetz für Tätigkeiten im atomrechtlichen Aufsichtsverfahren für einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren zugezogen werden.
