Description of the procurement:
La réalisation d’opérations de maintenance en Boîte à Eau des Générateurs de Vapeur (GV) nécessite la mise en place d’obturateurs sur la tuyauterie primaire et dans le tube de drain si le type GV concerné en est doté.

Le besoin porte sur les obturateurs de tuyauterie primaire assurant l’étanchéité de la boite à eau par l’intermédiaire d’un joint passif.

Les activités pour le marché à terme, sont les suivantes:

— logistique et la maintenance dite légère (1 / 2/ 3) des tapes en base,

— requalification, pose et dépose des tapes sur GV sur CNPE,

— pilotage de ces activités.

Le soumissionnaire devra démontrer les points suivants:

1/ Présenter une organisation de management de la qualité conforme aux exigences de la norme ISO 9001 ou équivalente;

2/ Le candidat doit être qualifié ou en cours de qualification pour le système de qualification « Opérations gros composants »; domaine « GV »; sous-domaine « Pose et dépose des tapes GV »;

3/ Etre qualifié pour les interventions sur site en « cas 1 » au sens de la NTAQ 85/114;

4/ Présenter l'expérience du candidat dans: la maintenance primaire des générateurs vapeurs et l’emploi de jumper;

5/ Justifier une expertise en assemblage boulonné et expertise de travail en capacité;

6/ Capacités d’interventions sur 8 GV en parallèle sur 3 sites;

7/ Disposer de personnel capable de parler, lire et comprendre le français dans les domaines: commercial, ingénierie et intervenant sur sites EDF.
