Das Niedersächsische Ministerium für Umwelt, Energie, Bauen und Klimaschutz (MU) beabsichtigt als zuständige atomrechtliche Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsbehörde Sachverständige gemäß § 20 des Gesetzes über die friedliche Verwendung der Kernenergie und den Schutz gegen ihren Gefahren (Atomgesetz – (AtG)) zur Begutachtung im Rahmen des Genehmigungs- und Aufsichtsverfahrens zur Stilllegung und zum Abbau des Kernkraftwerkes Grohnde (KWG) zuzuziehen und diese Dienstleistung als Auftraggeber an eine Sachverständigenorganisation.

Als Auftragnehmer zu vergeben. Die Vergabe soll im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb erfolgen, da der zu erbringende Leistungsumfang nicht abschließend beschrieben werden kann.
