Description of the procurement:
SSM har beslutat att genomföra en upphandling av ramavtal för juridiska tjänster som stöd till myndighetens förvaltning. Myndigheten har identifierat behov av stöd med juridiska tjänster inom följande områden:

Kompetensområde 1.

Kärntekniklagen, strålskyddslagen, atomansvarighetslagen samt miljöbalken och EU-rätt med avseende på SSM:s verksamhetsområde.

Kompetensområde 2.

Tillståndsprövningar enligt miljöbalken och kärntekniklagen.

Kompetensområde 3.

Upphandlingsrätt, avtalsrätt och IT-rätt.

Uppskattade värden.

Kompetensområde 1 ca 2 miljoner kr.

Kompetensområde 2 ca 750 tkr.

Kompetensområde 3 ca 80 tkr.

På grund av eventuella metod-, struktur-, organisatoriska-, eller andra förändringar kan inte den upphandlande myndigheten förbinda sig att beställa de uppskattade värdena. Leverantören är skyldig att leverera upphandlande myndighetens verkliga behov vare sig det över- eller understiger de uppskattade värdena.
