Contract performance conditions:
Zahlung nach Lieferung. Sofern im Rahmen eines abzuschließenden Vertrages Vorleistungen (Zahlungen vor Empfang einer entsprechenden Gegenleistung) erforderlich sind, werden diese nur gegen Vorlage einer unbefristeten, selbstschuldnerischen Bankbürgschaft gezahlt. Der dem Bund durch die vorzeitige Zahlung entstehende Zinsverlust ist grundsätzlich bei der Schlusszahlung durch Abzinsung zu erstatten, es sei denn, dies wird bei der Preiskalkulation durch einen entsprechenden Preisnachlass berücksichtigt. Im Angebot ist zu vermerken, wenn ein Preisnachlass berücksichtigt wurde, ansonsten erfolgt eine Abzinsung.
