Cifra anual de negocio. Descripción: las empresas participantes en el procedimiento deberán aportar declaración responsable indicando que el importe neto de la cifra de negocios anual, referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos ejercicios, sea superior a 180 000 EUR.

Este requisito deberá acreditarse mediante la presentación de las cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil o en el registro oficial correspondiente.
