Contract performance conditions:
Tarpiniai ir galutinis mokėjimai atliekami tik po to, kai pirkėjas patikrina pristatytas prekes, atliktų paslaugų kokybę ir (arba) kitus numatytus tiekėjo įsipareigojimus (jei buvo numatyta) ir abi šalys pasirašo perdavimo–priėmimo aktą. Mokėjimas atliekamas remiantis tiekėjo pateikta elektronine sąskaita faktūra / PVM sąskaita faktūra (toliau – elektroninė sąskaita) už faktiškai įvykdytus tiekėjo įsipareigojimus. Elektroninė sąskaita turi būti išrašoma perdavimo–priėmimo akto pagrindu.

Tarpiniai mokėjimai atliekami ne dažniau kaip du kartus per kalendorinį mėnesį.
