Description of the procurement:
Im Rahmen der Errichtung eines Endlagers für radioaktive Abfallstoffe im früheren Erzbergwerk Konrad in Salzgitter sollen für die Rangiervorgänge der per Bahn angelieferten Waggons sowie für den Abtransportder entladenen Waggons 2 baugleiche, akkumulatorbetriebene Rangierfahrzeuge und eine entsprechende Batterieladeeinrichtungen für den Einsatz über Tage auf dem Schachtgelände Konrad 2 beschafft werden.

Die Rangierfahrzeuge fahren auf dem Schachtgelände mit einer Maximalgeschwindigkeit von 2,5 m/s. Beim Rangieren auf dem Schachtgelände mit den angelieferten Waggons, auf denen die Einlagerungsgebinde stehen, werden maximale Anhängelasten von 1 000 t erwartet. Der Batterieantrieb der Rangierfahrzeuge ist für eine Einlagerungsschicht von mind. 8 h auszulegen.

— Erklärung über den Einsatz von Nachunternehmern,

— Der Bewerber hat Angaben und Nachweise über seine den unten aufgeführten entsprechenden Projekte / Objekten der letzten 3 Jahre zu erbringen. Der Bewerber muss Erfahrungen bei der Herstellung / Neuentwicklung von Schienenfahrzeugenen nachweisen. Die Referenzprojekte beziehen sich auf die Neuentwicklung bzw. der Herstellung von Schienenfahrzeugen und müssen vom Bewerber selbst entwickelt, hergestellt und erprobt worden sein. Die Referenzprojekte sollen folgende Merkmalen aufweisen:

— 2-achsige Rangierfahrzeuge,

— Akkumulatorbetriebene Rangierfahrzeuge,

— Zuggewichte ≥ 1 000 t,

— Fahrzeuglänge bis 6,50 m,

— Funkferngesteuerte Rangierfahrzeuge

Die fachliche Eignung des Personals wird bewertet anhand seiner Erfahrungen:

— Abnahme von Schienenfahrzeugen,

— Neuentwicklung / Herstellung Schienenfahrzeuge,

— Schweißen im Schienenfahrzeugbau,

— Sachverständiger Eisenbahnwesen,

— Der Bewerber muss über ein Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach DIN EN ISO 9001 (odergleichwertig) verfügen, dessen Geltungsbereich den Auftragsgegenstand betrifft. Der Auftraggeber behält sichvor, das Qualitätsmanagementsystem des Bewerbers im Rahmen der Auswertung des Teilnahmeantrages zuauditieren. Ein negatives Auditierungsergebnis führt zum Ausschluss.
