Cifra anual de negocio. Descripción: volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito a que se refiere el objeto del contrato de los tres últimos ejercicios disponibles, en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades del empresario, que se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si el empresario estuviera inscrito en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrito. Los empresarios individuales no inscritos en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil. El volumen anual de negocios del licitador referido al año de mayor volumen de negocios de los tres últimos concluidos deberá ser al menos de 742 500 euros.

Descripción: experiencia en la realización de trabajos del mismo tipo o naturaleza al que corresponde el objeto del contrato en los tres últimos años, que se acreditará mediante relación firmada por el responsable de la empresa, y avalada por certificados de buena ejecución de la misma naturaleza que el objeto de este contrato con indicación de importe, fecha y destinatario, público o privado, cuyo importe anual acumulado en el año de mayor ejecución sea al menos de 346 500 euros. Para determinar que un suministro es de igual o similar naturaleza al que constituye el objeto del contrato, se acudirá a la clasificación CPV que figura en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares.

Por razones de interés público, como consecuencia de que el plazo de entrega finaliza el día 1.10.2018, y se cuenta con un escaso periodo entre la fecha de publicación de la resolución de la convocatoria de Infrared (22.2.2018) y la fecha en que la misma estipula que para que sea subvencionable, los gastos de adquisición de este equipamiento se tienen que encontrar efectivamente realizados y pagados antes del 15.10.2018.
