Short description:
Fusion for Energy wishes to sign a Framework Service Contract with the successful Tenderer (Contractor) for a maximum total duration of 48 months for the provision of the following services:

— dedicated network communication services between the premises of F4E in Barcelona, Spain and a second location (the premises of EUIPO in Alicante, Spain and/or those of ITER IO in St. Paul-lez-Durance, France),

— internet services to be installed at a specific location (the premises of F4E in Barcelona, Spain and/or those of EUIPO in Alicante, Spain),

— consulting services to be delivered at the premises of F4E or remotely.

The successful Tenderer is expected to master and be a state of the art provider of the technology and services mentioned above in order to support F4E Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Unit in the definition and implementation of these Services.

Exclusion criteria:

Tenderers shall provide a Declaration on their Honour on Exclusion and Selection criteria, duly signed and dated, stating that they are not in one of the situations listed in Annex IV of the Tender Specifications, based on the template provided therein. The tenderer to whom the Contract is to be awarded shall provide the documents mentioned in the same Annex before the signature of the Contract while proving that they are not in one of these situation.
