Short description:
Le marché est passé par le Centre national de la recherche scientifique, pour le compte du Laboratoire de physique nucléaire et des hautes energies – CNRS/IN²P3 (CNRS-LPNHE, ci-après), Unité mixte de recherche no7585 du CNRS, domiciliée à Sorbonne Université, 4 place Jussieu, Case courrier 200, 75005 Paris. Le LPNHE est partenaire du projet ATLAS du CERN et a en charge des tâches de caractérisation et d’intégration de capteurs. Il bénéficie d’un budget «Très grandes infrastructures de recherches» et souhaite s’équiper pour la réalisation de bonding de puce électronique ou de capteurs semiconducteurs.
Le marché concerne l’équipement d’un plateau technique pour le micro-câblage (bonding) de composants semi-conducteurs, dans le cadre du TGIR Atlas Upgrade phase 2 dans les locaux du LPNHE.
