La procédure est conclue sans minimum ni maximum. Les offres doivent comporter les pièces énumérées à l'article 8 du règlement de consultation nº 37/18. La date limite de réponse à ces questions, par le pouvoir adjudicateur, est fixée au 28.6.2018 à 16:00 afin de répondre au mieux à cette consultation, les soumissionnaires peuvent prendre rendez-vous avec les référents de chaque établissement pour effectuer, une visite sur site.
