Description of the procurement:
De scope van de aanbesteding betreft één (1) perceel bestaande uit globaal onderstaande werkzaamheden:

• Aardgascondensaat tappen van ondergrondse druk houdende (40-60 bar) vloeistofvangers (jaarlijks ca. 350 stuks).

• Aardgascondensaat tappen van tanks en vloeistofvangers voorafgaande aan projectmatige of reguliere onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

• Reinigen van tanks (o.a. aardgascondensaat, olie, water, slib, glycol, THT) en drukvaten (cycloonfilters, scrapertraps, etc).

• Reinigen van transportleidingen (DN100-1200) met behulp van foampigs/cleaningpigs.

• Reinigen van buiten bedrijf gestelde transportleidingen (DN100-1200) met behulp van foampigs.

• Reinigen van appendages (oa. afsluiters, vloeistofvangers DN100-1200).

• Reinigen van KIWA plichtige tanks conform geldende BRL-K905 richtlijnen (jaarlijks 10-20 stuks).

• Afvoeren, tijdelijke opslag en verwerken van vrijkomende (vloeibare) reststoffen conform VIHB en met voertuigen die voldoen aan VLG/ADR-eisen.

• Beheer (registratie, archivering en melding LMA) en rapportage van vrijkomende reststoffen (jaarlijks 1 000 - 2 000 ton) en afvalstromen.

• 24/7 beschikbaarheid mens/materieel voor landelijke assistentie bij calamiteiten (incidenteel).

• Opdrachtnemer dient te beschikken over een decontaminatie vergunning met betrekking tot radioactieve stoffen, waarbij ondersteuning moet worden geleverd aan Stralingsbescherming deskundige van Gasunie.

• Bij bovenstaande werkzaamheden dient rekening te worden gehouden met gevaarlijke stoffen, zoals: benzeen, kwik, radioactieve verontreiniging, mijnstof en pyrofore stoffen.

Bovenstaande werkzaamheden vinden meestal plaats op locaties van Gasunie, maar regelmatig ook in de openbare ruimte. Locaties zijn willekeurig verdeeld over Nederland. Werkzaamheden worden veelal planmatig uitgevoerd. Er mag uitgegaan worden van aanmelding minimaal 5 werkdagen van te voren, behalve uiteraard de incidentele inzet voor de calamiteiten organisatie.

Voor de genoemde werkzaamheden beschikt opdrachtnemer over voldoende en gespecialiseerd.

Materieel alsook aantoonbaar gekwalificeerd personeel om gelijktijdig aantal opdrachten veilig te kunnen uitvoeren. Er wordt landelijk gewerkt en opdrachtnemer heeft contact met één landelijk werkende contractbeheerder van Gasunie (strategisch en tactisch niveau) en veel verschillende contactpersonen op operationeel niveau. Alle opdrachten (ca. 100 per jaar) vallen onder een regime van werkvergunning waarbij opdrachtnemer deze (incl. VGM-plan/TRA) aanvraagt.
