Description of the procurement:
Le marché porte sur la rénovation de la laverie du CNPE de Cruas-Meysse. La laverie du site est actuellement arrêtée et partiellement vidée.

Le marché couvre l'ensemble des prestations liées à la rénovation de la laverie avec pour finalité de disposer d'une laverie d'une capacité de traitement de 4,8T de linge par jour sur un poste horaire. Ces prestations comprennent notamment:

— Les travaux de déconstruction de l'existant,

— Le gros œuvre du bâtiment,

— Le second œuvre,

— Les travaux d'électricité,

— Les aménagements de la ventilation,

— L'aménagement des réseaux de fluides (utilités et effluents),

— L'adaptation du système de lutte incendie,

— Le remplacement du système de sécurité incendie (en option),

— La fourniture, l'installation et la mise en service des machines de lavage, de séchage et de contrôle.

La laverie doit être opérationnelle à 100 % au 1.10.2019 au plus tard.
