2) S.O.G.I.N. ha adottato una Politica per la Qualità, l'Ambiente e la Sicurezza (consultabile all'indirizzo www.sogin.it) che i fornitori devono tenere in considerazione nello svolgimento delle attività e si è dotata di un Sistema di Gestione Integrato che risponde ai requisiti degli standard internazionali UNI EN ISO 9000, UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 e Regolamento EMAS CE 1221/2009 (ove applicabile);

3) Tutte le controversie derivanti dalla procedura di affidamento sono deferite alla competenza del TAR competente, rimanendo esclusa la competenza arbitrale;

4) Tutte le controversie derivanti da contratto sono deferite alla competenza dell'Autorità giudiziaria del Foro di Roma, rimanendo esclusa la competenza arbitrale;
