Stichting Voorbereiding PALLAS-reactor (“PALLAS”) was formed in order to realise a new multipurpose nuclear reactor in Petten, Noord-Holland (the “PALLAS-reactor”). The Nuclear Health Centre (“NHC”) is 1 of the PALLAS facilities enabling research, development and clinical trials commercial production of radio-chemicals (start material) and radio-pharmaceuticals (medicines). The Construction of a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) production building will enable the NHC to produce the radio-chemicals and radio-pharmaceuticals.

PALLAS is pleased to invite companies to express their interest in participating in a tender by submitting a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of architectural design for the Nuclear Health Centre.

PALLAS wishes to appoint a single contractor for this work package in accordance with European tendering law.

PALLAS is pleased to invite companies to express their interest in participating in a tender by submitting a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of architectural design for the Nuclear Health Centre.

PALLAS wishes to appoint a single contractor for this work package in accordance with European tendering law.

The architectural design work package include draft design (In Dutch Schets Ontwerp; SO) and VO+(/DO) activities according to DNR concluding in consolidated SO booklet and VO+(/DO) booklet.
