II.1.2) Main CPV code 71300000 II.1.3) Type of contract Services II.1.4) Short description: Stichting Voorbereiding Pallas-reactor (“PALLAS”) was formed in order to realise a new multipurpose nuclear reactor in Petten, Noord-Holland (the “PALLAS-reactor. The Nuclear Health Centre (“NHC”) is one of the Pallas facilities enabling research, development and clinical trials commercial production of radio-chemicals (start material) and radio-pharmaceuticals (medicines). The construction of a GMP (good manufacturing practice) production building will enable the NHC to produce the radio-chemicals and radio-pharmaceuticals.
Pallas is pleased to invite companies to express their interest in participating in a tender by submitting a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) for the provision of engineering design for the Nuclear Health Centre.
Pallas wishes to appoint a single contractor for this work package in accordance with European tendering law.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The engineering work package deliverables include design notes (explaining reason for choice of system), PFD, PID, capacity calculations, Installation layouts etc. of the needed systems (like E (regular, emergency, uninterrupted power supply, data, access control, CCTV, interlock, etc.) and W (rain water discharge, waste water discharge, radioactive waste water discharge, neutralisation /decay retention system, GBS, EMS, HVAC, cooling, heating, potable water, process water, clean compressed air, extra (n2, or another to be chosen) gas, energy recovering systems, radiation monitoring system (as part of EMS), safe change filtering systems, emergency showers and eye showers, etc.).
