List and brief description of selection criteria:
Cifra anual de negocio. Descripción: volumen anual de negocios, o bien volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito al que se refiera el contrato, referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los 3 últimos disponibles en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades del empresario y de presentación de las ofertas, por importe igual o superior a 1,2 veces el presupuesto estimado de cada lote (o lotes, en caso de adjudicación de varios lotes).

Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:
— Trabajos realizados. Descripción: una relación de los principales suministros de guías de onda y componentes de radiofrecuencia mecanosoldados similares a los que constituyen el objeto del contrato en el curso de, como máximo, los 3 últimos años, en la que se indique el importe, la fecha y el destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos.

— Técnicos o unidades técnicas. Descripción: el empresario deberá indicar el personal técnico o unidades técnicas, integrados o no en la empresa, de los que se disponga para la ejecución del contrato. Deberá al menos contar 1 ingeniero/licenciado con un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en el cambio de la radiofrecuencia de alta potencia y 2 técnicos cualificados con un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en el campo de la soldadura.

— Maquinaria, material y equipo técnico para la ejecución del contrato. Descripción: el empresario deberá disponer de una oficina técnica con herramientas CAD de diseño electromagnético y mecánico, así como de un taller de montaje con una superficie total por encima de 400 metros cuadrados Asimismo, el empresario deberá disponer de instalaciones técnicas apropiadas para la realización de las pruebas de verificación del suministro, incluyendo un analizador de redes vectorial.

— Instalaciones técnicas y medidas para garantizar la calidad. Descripción: el empresario deberá disponer de un sistema de gestión de la calidad conforme a la norma ISO 9001 o equivalente, certificado por un organismo independiente de competencia reconocida.
