These technical installations managed require preventive and corrective maintenance services.
They can be generally subdivided in the following sections:
— Section 1: H.V.A.C., including plumbing, sanitary installations and drainage;
— Section 2: Electricity, lighting, emergency lighting, emergency generators, lightning protection, earthing;
— Section 3: Building elements (access, doors, windows, locks, outer walls, external carpentry, wall covering, flooring, ceiling, roof and parking area).
In addition to these maintenance tasks, the contractor shall foresee in the provision of services to perform small adaptations to existing buildings and installations.
