V případě této veřejné zakázky se jedná o jednací řízení s uveřejněním dle zákona č. 134/2016 Sb., O zadávání veřejných zakázek (ZZVZ), v platném znění. Nejprve dodavatelé podávají žádost o účast v daném zadávacím řízení, kterou doručí zadavateli ve lhůtě dle bodu IV.2.2) tohoto oznámení spolu s doklady prokazujícími splnění kvalifikace. Následně budou dodavatelé, kteří splní kvalifikaci, vyzváni k podání předběžných nabídek zpracovaných dle zadávací dokumentace zadavatele. Lhůta pro podání předběžných nabídek bude stanovena ve výzvě k podání předběžných nabídek zaslané příslušným dodavatelům. Zadavatel si vyhrazuje v souladu s § 61 odst. 8 ZZVZ, že o předběžných nabídkách nemusí být jednáno, a že veřejná zakázka může být zadána již na základě předběžné nabídky. Termín a místo otevírání obálek s předběžnými nabídkami budou uvedeny ve výzvě k podání předběžných nabídek. Otevírání obálek s předběžnými nabídkami se mohou zúčastnit max. 2 zástupci dodavatele, který podal předběžnou nabídku do konce lhůty pro podání předběžných nabídek.

Zadavatel si v souladu s § 170 ZZVZ vyhrazuje právo zadávací řízení zrušit.

Podmínkou pro podání návrhu k ÚOHS je podání námitek k Zadavateli, které je nutné doručit do 15 dnů ode dne, kdy se dodavatel dozvěděl o úkonu Zadavatelem, který napadá. Zadavatel je povinen námitky vyřídit do 10 dnů. Návrh je nutné doručit ÚOHS i Zadavateli do 10 dnů od doručení rozhodnutí Zadavatele o námitkách nebo do 25 dnů od odeslání námitek, pokud Zadavatel o námitkách nerozhodl.
