La prestation de conception et d'installation des PAF se décompose selon le phasage suivant:

— phase 1: conception et production des PAF,

— phase 2: mise en place des 9 PAF «avals» ou «après filtres THE» de l’INB 166,

— phase 3: mise en place des 34 PAF «aval» ou «après filtres THE» de l’INB 165.

Une priorisation sera donnée à l'installation des équipements de l'INB 166.
