Short description:
Für den Ausbau des Experimentes W7-X werden Anlagenbaukomponenten in der Maschine positionsgenau montiert. Das betrifft Rohrleitungen, komplex geformte Wärmetauscher, physikalische Testausrüstungen und elektrische Messungstechnik. Die Komponenten werden beim Montieren mit Vermessungstechnik positioniert. Als Schweißverfahren werden überwiegend WIG- und Orbitalverfahren eingesetzt. Besonders hohe Sauberkeitsbedingungen sind einzuhalten. Die Arbeiten erfolgt teilweise in engen Bauräumen und an schlecht zugänglichen Stellen. Voraussetzung ist eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Facharbeiter des Maschinen- oder Anlagenbaus (bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung). Zusätzliche Qualifizierungen als Elektriker/Elektroniker/Mechatroniker sind sehr von Vorteil. Hohes fachliches Können, Umsicht, Zuverlässigkeit, die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeit und zur Schichtarbeit sowie gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden erwartet.
