Description of the procurement:
De opdracht omvat een design and build opdracht om de verdamper in G131X terug operationeel te maken. In concreto dienen een 30-tal instrumenten worden vervangen, dient de automatisatie zowel hardwarematig als softwarematig te worden voorzien en uitgetest, en dient een secundair koelcircuit opnieuw worden gedesignd en opgebouwd en getest.

List and brief description of conditions:
* De inschrijver legt het door hen ingevulde Uniform Europees Aanbestedingsdocument voor, dat bestaat uit een bijgewerkte eigen verklaring en dat door de aanbestedende overheid als voorlopig bewijs wordt aanvaard ter vervanging van door overheidsinstanties of derden afgegeven documenten of certificaten die bevestigen dat de betrokken inschrijver aan alle hierna vermelde voorwaarden voldoet:

1o hij bevindt zich niet in een van de uitsluitingssituaties als bedoeld in de artikelen 67 tot 69 van de wet van 17-6-2016;

2o hij voldoet aan de toepasselijke selectiecriteria als vastgesteld overeenkomstig artikel 71 van de wet van 17-6-2016.

Het UEA, waarmee de inschrijver verklaart dat hij voldoet aan de onderstaande selectiecriteria:

1. Minimale eisen financieel

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
1. De aanbestedende overheid zal de jaarrekeningen van de inschrijvers in detail analyseren met behulp van het handelsrapport van Companyweb en de belangrijkste ratio's bepalen. De volgende opgesomde punten zullen van het grootste doorslaggevende belang zijn:

• Lopende schulden of betwistingen t.o.v. RSZ of belastingen

• Eigen vermogen < 50 % van het kapitaal (alarmbelprocedure)

• Rendement van het totale vermogen

• De operationele cashflow

• Nettoverkoopsmarge

• Liquiditeit in de enge zin

• De verhouding van het eigen vermogen t.o.v. het totale vermogen

Enkel de inschrijvers met voldoende financiële draagkracht zullen weerhouden worden.

Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:
Het UEA, waarmee de inschrijver verklaart dat hij voldoet aan de onderstaande selectiecriteria:

* Een VCA-certificaat (veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu checklist aannemers) ten bewijze dat de firma voldoet aan de minimumeisen op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu of een gelijkwaardig certificaat.

* Een BeSaCC-certificaat is toegelaten voor werkzaamheden met gering risico. Dit betreft o.m. klassieke schoonmaak, schilder- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan gebouwen, bouwkundige werkzaamheden in een niet-productie omgeving en tuinaanleg/groendiensten.

2. De inschrijver toont aan minimaal 3 personeelsleden in dienst te hebben, met aantoonbare ervaring in de kennisdomeinen eigen aan de opdracht waarop ingeschreven wordt.

3. Ervaring:

— Minimum drie uitgewerkte voorbeelden van uitgevoerde werken in het zelfde domein, met attest van goede uitvoering, in dezelfde grootte-orde en eventueel binnen de nucleaire sector,

— Aantal jaren ervaring in de nucleaire, chemische, industriële of gelijkaardige sector

— Lijst van referenties in de laatste drie jaren.

1. Een geldig VCA- of BeSaCC-certificaat of gelijkwaardig.
