Le présent marché public est un contrat-cadre pour divers services de transport.

La mission couvre différents aspects:

A) transport à la demande de particuliers et de groupes jusqu'à 9 personnes (y compris le chauffeur) à destination et en provenance de la Belgique et des pays voisins (y compris le transport de/vers un aéroport);

B) transport sur demande de membres individuels du conseil d'administration et de VIPS ainsi que de groupes jusqu'à 5 personnes (y compris le chauffeur) à destination et en provenance de la Belgique et des pays voisins (y compris le transport de/vers un aéroport);

C) transport à la demande de groupes > 9 personnes en Belgique ou dans les pays voisins;

D) enlèvement et/ou livraison de colis en Belgique/dans le monde entier. Sur demande et à heure fixe de ramassage/livraison.

Le soumissionnaire est à la recherche d'un partenaire qui se chargera du transport des particuliers ainsi que des groupes jusqu'à 5 personnes (dont le chauffeur). Les destinations sont toujours en Belgique ou dans les pays voisins. Une partie importante de cette mission consiste en un transport aller-retour à l'aéroport.

Cette parcelle diffère de la parcelle 1 par les besoins des membres du conseil d'administration et des VIPS.

Lorsque le confort de conduite et la disponibilité d'équipements supplémentaires pour un travail productif pendant le temps de conduite sont essentiels (par ex. table pour PC, support supplémentaire, suspension pneumatique,…).

Une attention particulière devrait également être accordée à la prolongation éventuelle des engagements.
