Възложителят отстранява кандидат, за когото са налице основанията по чл. 54, ал. 1 и обстоятелствата по чл. 55, ал. 1, т. 4 и 5 от ЗОП, възникнали преди или по време на процедурата. Отстраняването се прилага и когато кандидатът е обединение от физически и/или юридически лица и за член на обединението е налице някое от горецитираните основания и обстоятелства.

Ако за кандидат са налице тези основания и обстоятелства, той има право да представи доказателства за предприети мерки за надеждност при условията на чл. 56, ал. 1 от ЗОП. Възложителят преценява мерките и в случай че те са достатъчни, за да се гарантира неговата надеждност, възложителят не го отстранява от процедурата.

Специфични национални основания за отстраняване:

— осъждания за престъпления по чл. 194—208, чл. 213а—217, чл. 219—252 и чл. 254а—255а и чл. 256—60 от НК (чл. 54, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП),

Възложителят отстранява от процедурата и кандидат/участник, който не отговаря на поставените изисквания на възложителя, посочени в обявлението или в документацията, както и при наличие на другите основания по чл. 107 от ЗОП.

Към т. IV.2.6) относно валидност на офертата: Участниците ще бъдат отстранявани, ако при поискано удължаване на валидността на офертата от страна на възложителя същото не бъде направено.

Друга информация:

1. Получените заявления ще се отворят на 22.11.2018 г. от 13:30 часа на публично заседание в у-ние „Търговско“ на „АЕЦ Козлодуй“ ЕАД, на което могат да присъстват кандидатите или техни упълномощени представители, както и средствата за масово осведомяване.

2. Навсякъде в ТС, където е посочен стандарт, да се чете „или еквивалентно/и“.

3. По т. III.1.5): Специализираните предприятия или кооперации на хора с увреждания следва да отговарят на изискванията по чл. 12, ал. 5 и 6 от ЗОП. В процедура за възлагане на запазена поръчка могат да участват и други заинтересовани лица. Когато в процедура за възлагане на запазена поръчка са подадени заявления както от лица, за които поръчката е запазена, така и от други лица, първо се разглеждат заявленията на лицата, за които поръчката е запазена. Заявленията на останалите лица се разглеждат само ако няма допуснати заявления на лица, за които поръчката е запазена.

4. Независимо от това дали кандидатът кандидатства за 1 или няколко обособени позиции, се представя 1 заявление за участие.
