Accès à la plateforme PLACE: La plate-forme met à disposition des opérateurs économiques un manuel d'aide à l'utilisation ainsi qu'un support téléphonique (+33 176647407). Pour consulter et répondre aux procédures formalisées et consultations de l'Andra, les opérateurs économiques devront s'inscrire sur la plate-forme PLACE. Les plis remis par un autre moyen que la plateforme PLACE ne seront pas pris en compte par l'Andra. Il est indispensable de renseigner le champ «courrier électronique » lors de l'inscription sur la plateforme. Cette adresse est en effet utilisée pour tous les échanges électroniques avec l'Andra.
