Short description:
The objective of this Procurement procedure is the conclusion of Mixed Framework Contracts partly with re-opening of competition and partly with cascade mechanism, with (maximum) 5 Contractors. The services to be provided by the Contractors shall relate to internal audit services as per the requirements of the participating Contracting Authorities. The mechanism for the award of the cascade or the re-opening of competition mechanism is defined in the tender specifications.
