This notice is for a 2 year research tender on reactor digital design capability, including thermal hydraulics modelling and virtual engineering. It is split into 2 separate lots. The 2 lots will be contracted separately, i.e. 1 contract to deliver Work Package 1 and another to deliver Work Package 2. Bidders may tender for 1 or both lots but their proposal must treat each 1 as a separate offer.
