Contract description
The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the governance aspects of the EU CBRN Centers of Excellence (CoE) initiative at all levels as well as to undertake high-level contact with beneficiary countries. A coordinated approach to governance, tailored to specific situations and target counterparts, is called for in order to increase the overall effects of the CoE initiative as well as its long terms sustainability. Overall, the Consultant will thus contribute to the consolidation of the deeper roots of the Initiative in targeted partner countries.
