Volumen anual de negocios en el ámbito al que se refiera el contrato en los 3 últimos años, por importe igual o mayor al precio de licitación, IVA no incluido.

Una relación de los principales suministros realizados en los últimos 3 años que sean de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato, y que incluya importe, fechas y el destinatario, público o privado, de los mismos. Los suministros efectuados se acreditarán mediante al menos 2 certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público; cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, los citados certificados serán expedidos por éste o, a falta de estos certificados, mediante una declaración del empresario.

El importe total de los certificados aportados, deberá ser igual o superior a la mitad del precio de licitación, IVA no incluido, esto es, de 134 400,00 EUR.
