Contract performance conditions:
Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas banko ar kredito unijos garantija arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštu ne mažiau kaip 5 proc. nuo sutarties kainos EUR su PVM. Banko ar kredito unijos garantija arba draudimo bendrovės laidavimo raštas turi galioti visą sutarties galiojimo laikotarpį, bet ne trumpiau kaip 548 kalendorinių dienų nuo sutarties įsigaliojimo dienos. Jeigu tiekėjas vėluoja vykdyti sutartinius įsipareigojimus, pirkėjas skaičiuoja 0,02 proc. dydžio delspinigius už kiekvieną termino praleidimo dieną. Tarpiniai ir galutinis mokėjimai atliekami tik po to, kai abi šalys pasirašo perdavimo–priėmimo aktą. Mokėjimas atliekamas remiantis tiekėjo pateikta elektronine sąskaita faktūra / PVM sąskaita faktūra (toliau – elektroninė sąskaita) už faktiškai įvykdytus tiekėjo įsipareigojimus. Elektroninė sąskaita turi būti išrašoma perdavimo–priėmimo akto pagrindu. Tarpiniai mokėjimai atliekami ne dažniau kaip du kartus per kalendorinį mėnesį.
