Mit dem Angebot sind zum Nachweis der Eignung gem. § 44 VgV folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen/Angaben zu machen:

— Nachweis über die Eintragung im Berufs- und Handelsregister (Abs.1 Satz 1).

List and brief description of selection criteria:
Mit dem Angebot sind zum Nachweis der Eignung gem. § 45 VgV folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen/Angaben zu machen:

— Nachweis einer entsprechenden Berufs- und Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung bzw. einer Erklärung eine solche abzuschließen (Abs. 4, Nr. 2),

— Erklärung über den Gesamtumsatz der letzten 3 Geschäftsjahre (Abs. 4, Nr. 4).

Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:
Mit dem Angebot sind zum Nachweis der Eignung gem. § 46 VgV folgende Unterlagen vorzulegen/Angaben zu machen:

— Liste mit Referenzen der in den letzten 3 Jahren bereits ausgeführten gleichartigen Lieferaufträge mit Angaben des Wertes, des Lieferzeitraumes sowie des öffentlichen oder privaten Empfängers (Abs. 3, Nr. 1).

Mit dem Angebot sind darüber hinaus folgende weitere Unterlagen vorzulegen/Angaben zu machen:

— aussagefähiges Prospektmaterial mit technischen Parametern,

— Datenblatt nach Anhang A der DIN 14505:2015-01,

— Massenbilanz gemäß Anhang B der DIN 14505:2015-01(nur für Los 1).

Eigenerklärungen sind grundsätzlich ausreichend. Eignungsnachweise, die durch Präqualifizierungsverfahren erworben wurden, sind zugelassen. Die Präqualifizierungsnummer ist dann zwingend anzugeben.

Bei Einsatz von anderen Unternehmen sind zum Nachweis der Eignung zum bestimmten Zeitpunkt

— die o. a. geforderten Nachweise gem. §§ 44 - 46 VgV vorzulegen oder

— die Nummer über die Eintragung im Präqualifikationsverzeichnis bzw. das die Voraussetzung für die Präqualifikation erfüllt ist anzugeben, ggf. ergänzt durch auftragsspezifische Einzelnachweise.
