Stichting Voorbereiding Pallas-Reactor is pleased to invite companies to fulfil the following requirements for the provision of AKI (“Aangewezen Keuring Instantie”, Dutch for Notified Body) NUCLEAR services for the design, procurement, manufacturing, erection, construction and commissioning of:

— NPE (Nuclear Pressure Equipment) and

— Nuclear Non-Pressurized Equipment of new build facilities.

Description of the procurement:
In order to allow Pallas to obtain the license for operation, the Contractor must issue the proper declarations to testify that all activities and deliverables during the design, procurement, manufacturing, erection, construction and commissioning are fully in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

The Contractor’s activities include but are not limited to:

— endorsement of codes and standards,

— design review and endorsement,

— inspection and testing,

— attendance to factory acceptance test,

— attendance to hold points,

— issue of reports,

— issue of declarations of conformity.

— significant recent experience in engineering of new build pressure equipment,

— suitably Qualified and Experienced Person (SQEP) for performing the AKI Nuclear services,

— organizational capability to carry out the services,

— knock out criterion: willingness to provide VOG (“Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag” and is a document issued by the Dutch State Secretary for Justice and Security) in case of Contract award,

— knock out criterion: rejection of the Applicant by ANVS.
