Die Vorlage folgender Nachweise, Bescheinigungen oder Erklärungen sind nur auf Verlangen der Vergabestelle der Vergabestelle einzureichen und nicht bereits mit Angebotsabgabe:

— Nachweis der Eintragung in das Berrufs- und Handelsregister nach Maßgabe der Rechtsvorschriften des Staates, indem der Bieter ansässig ist

— Bescheinigung der zuständigen Stelle des jeweiligen Staates aus der hervorgeht, dass der Unternehmer seine Verpflichtungen zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben nach den Rechtsvorschriften des Staates erfüllt hat, in dem das Unternehmen ansässig ist,
