Genehmigungsplanung), Projektierung und die Lieferung bzw. der Bau und Rückbau einer temporär zu nutzenden Werkstatthalle (mit dauerhaften Arbeitsplätzen) auf dem Gelände der Bergwerks Konrad 1 zur Miete für mindestens 24 Monate.
Die Ausschreibung hat funktionalen Charakter (die Bauweise der Werkstatthalle ist nicht festgelegt).
Die zur Errichtung zur Verfügung stehende Fläche ist ca. 30*20 m groß.
In der Halle sind unter anderem folgende Arbeitsbereiche unterzubringen:
