Short description:
Ausgeschrieben wird die Planung (inkl. Genehmigungsplanung), Projektierung und die Lieferung bzw. der Bau und Rückbau einer temporär zu nutzenden Werkstatthalle (mit dauerhaften Arbeitsplätzen) auf dem Gelände der Bergwerks Konrad 1 zur Miete für mindestens 24 Monate.

Die Ausschreibung hat funktionalen Charakter (die Bauweise der Werkstatthalle ist nicht festgelegt).

Die zur Errichtung zur Verfügung stehende Fläche ist ca. 30*20 m groß.

In der Halle sind unter anderem folgende Arbeitsbereiche unterzubringen:

— 1 x Schneid-/Schweißplatz (Elektro + Autogen etc.) (mit Zu-Abluft/Absaugung) — 11 x Werkbank als E+M Arbeitsplätze (230/400VAC) (4kW Angaben für die Werkbänke entsprechen einer Leitungsabsicherung von 16A) — 1 x Drehmaschinenplatz (500VAC) — 1 x Richtbank — 1 x Blechregal — 1 x Kantbank — 1 x Schlagschere — 1 x Sägemaschine — 2 x Stand-Bohrmaschine (groß/klein) Für detaillierte Informationen sichten Sie bitte die Ausscchreibungsunterlagen.
