Description of the procurement:
Die pneumatische Förderung als auch die Fluidförderung erfordert den Betrieb und die Aufrechterhaltung eines über- sowie untertägigen Rohrleitungssystems, welches durch die unterschiedlichen Fördermaterialien in den einzelnen Prozessabschnitten der Sorelbetonherstellung sowie Abfuhr der Zutrittswässer auf verschiedene Art und Weise beansprucht wird.
Die Schachtrohrleitungen in den Schächten 2 und 4 erfordern entsprechend der „Richtlinien für die Errichtung und den Betrieb von Rohrleitungen in Schächten vom 30.6.2005" hinsichtlich ihres Verschleißes besondere Aufmerksamkeit und müssen regelmäßig geprüft werden. Auf der Schachtanlage Asse erfolgt diese Prüfung einmal jährlich. Als Messverfahren hat sich hierbei das Multi-Finger-Messverfahren bewährt. Dem Landesamt für Bergbau, Energie und Geologie (LBEG) sind die Messergebnisse der Schachtrohrleitungen vorzulegen. Die Wandstärkenmessungen sollen als Abruf aus einem Rahmenvertag beauftragt werden.
