List and brief description of conditions:
— le candidat doit fournir une déclaration sur l'honneur datée et signée justifiant qu'il n'entre dans aucun des cas d'interdiction de soumissionner mentionnés aux articles 45 et 48 de l'ordonnance no 2015-899 du 23.7.15 relative aux marchés publics. — le candidat doit fournir les états financiers (bilans et comptes de résultats) des 3 derniers exercices disponibles attestant de sa pérennité financière. Si, compte tenu de la date de création de son entreprise, le candidat ne dispose pas de l'ensemble des informations, remettre des justificatifs équivalents.

Technical and professional ability
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:
Pour le lot 1: réalisation de prélèvements et d'analyses physico-chimique et radiochimiques des piézomètres, le candidat doit apporter la preuve qu'il dispose des agréments de l'ASN et accréditation du COFRAC sur le programme 135 et respecter les normes en vigueur, NF ISO 10704, NF ISO 9698.
Pour les paramètres physico-chimiques non couverts par l'agrément du ministère des solidarités, de la santé et de la famille, leurs mesures doivent être réalisées conformément à la norme ISO/CEI 17025 selon le programme 100-1 du Cofrac.
Pour le lot 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 et 7 doivent être réaliser conformément aux normes en vigueur.
Par ailleurs, il doit justifier de sa capacité à atteindre les performances analytiques ci après:

En cas de regroupement d'entreprises attributaires du marché, l'un des membres du groupement est désigné comme mandataire. Celui-ci coordonne les prestations de chacun des membres du groupement, représente ceux-ci auprès d'EDF est solidaire des obligations contractuelles de chacun d'entre eux. Sans préjudice de l'article 50.I de l'ordonnance du 23.7.2015, la composition du groupement ne peut pas être modifiée entre la date de remise des candidatures et la date de signatures du marché, sauf en cas de restructuration de société ou si le groupement apporte la preuve qu'un des membres se trouve dans l'impossibilité d'accomplir sa tâche pour des raisons qui ne sont pas de son fait. Par ailleurs, un soumissionnaire qui proposera une offre au titre d'un groupement d'entreprise ne pourra pas remettre d'offre à titre individuel ou au titre d'un autre groupement.
