Genaue Angaben zu den Fristen für die Einlegung von Rechtsbehelfen:

Zuständig für die Nachprüfung von Vergabeverfahren des Bundes ist das Bundeskartellamt – Vergabekammer des Bundes, Villemombler Straße 76, 53123 Bonn, Tel. +49 228 94990, Fax. +49 228 9499400.

Gemäß § 160 Abs. 3 GWB müssen erkannte Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften spätestens innerhalb von 10 Kalendertagen bei der Vergabestelle des Auftraggebers gerügt werden. Verstöße gegen Vergabevorschriften, die sich aus diesem Bekanntmachungstext ergeben, müssen innerhalb der Bewerbungsfrist gerügt werden. Hilft die Vergabestelle der Rüge nicht ab, kann ein Antrag auf Nachprüfung beim Bundeskartellamt unter der o. g. Anschrift nur innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen nach Eingang der Mitteilung des Auftraggebers, der Rüge nicht abhelfen zu wollen, gestellt werden, vergl. § 160 Abs. 3 Nr. 4 GWB.
