Es wird eine Beratung zum Aufbau eines einheitlichen Risikomanagementsystems bei der BGE Bundesgesellschaft für Endlagerung mbH ausgeschrieben.

Insgesamt ist mit ca. 1 600 Arbeitsstunden zu rechnen welche, bis Ende 2019 auf Einzelabruf hin erbracht werden sollen.

Die Einzelabrufe können umfassen:

— Unterstützung bei der Definition der Unternehmensziele und Ableitung eines ersten Risikoprofils,

— Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Risikomanagementkonzeptes,

— Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines integrierten Risiko- und Sicherheitsmanagement,

— Verzahnung RM mit GRC Funktionen,

— Erstellung von Templates und Checklisten,

— Überführung des Fachkonzeptes in eine Richtlinie „integriertes Risiko- und Sicherheitsmanagement".
