Es sind Angaben zur bestehenden Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung und zur Höhe der Deckungssummen der Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung zu machen. Alternativ kann eine Eigenerklärung vorgelegt werden, in der der Abschluss einer Betriebs-/Berufshaftpflichtversicherung nach Zuschlagserteilung zugesichert wird.

List and brief description of selection criteria:
Der Bieter muss über Berufserfahrung im Bau und/oder Umbau eines Infomobils verfügen. Bitte benennen Sie mindestens drei entsprechende Referenzen der letzten 3 Jahre von Kunden, für die eine mit der hier zu vergebenden vergleichbaren Leistung mit Erfolg erbracht wurde bzw. gegenwärtig erbracht wird.

Stellen Sie hierzu bitte folgende Informationen in Tabellenform zusammen:

— Name des Auftraggebers sowie Kontaktadresse,

— Einsatzzweck und Zielgruppe des Infomobils,

— Darstellung des Umsetzungskonzeptes und je 2 Fotos des fertigen Infomobils,

— Zeitraum der Leistungserbringung.

Es genügt eine selbst geschriebene Erklärung, es sind keine Referenzschreiben von früheren Auftraggebern erforderlich. Eine kurze Darstellung in Stichpunkten ist ausreichend.
