Der AN erbringt bei Beauftragung aller Beauftragungsstufen die notwendigen Leistungen, um im Ergebnis nutzbare Nuklidvektoren vorliegen zu haben, die für Freimessung, Strahlenschutzüberwachung, Reststoffdeklaration und Inkorporationsüberwachung anwendbar sind und deren Abhängigkeiten untereinander schildern.
Der AN hat in Hinblick auf seine Planung die Sicherheit aller Tätigkeiten ohne Gefährdung von Mensch und Umwelt planmäßig, störungs- und unfallfrei zu organisieren. Dabei haben Strahlen-, Gesundheits- und Arbeitsschutz zu jeder Zeit Vorrang.
