Short description:
Mit dem Projekt BESSY VSR wird die Synchrotronstrahlungsquelle des HZB zum variablen Puls-Speicherring ausgebaut. In diesem Projekt wird die Fertigung, Reinigung, Abnahmetest der BESSY 1.5 GHz (und 1.75 Ghz) Koppler mit einer Leistung von rund 16 kW sowie deren sicherer Transport zum HZB abgewickelt. Die Koppler bestehen sowohl aus dem Teil, der bei ungefähr Raumtemperatur betrieben wird, als auch aus dem Teil, der typischerweise bei kryogenen Temperaturen betrieben wird:

1. dem Kupferleiter aus OFHC Kupfer,

2. einem Satz von inneren Bälgen, die innen mit Kupfer beschichtet sind,

3. einem äußeren Leiter aus Edelstahl, der mit Kupfer beschichtet ist,

4. zwei Sätzen von äußeren Bälgen, die mit Kupfer beschichtet sind. Diese werden benötigt, um den Koppler im Betrieb anzupassen,

5. zwei keramische Fenster aus AL-300 als Vakuumgrenzen.

Technical and professional ability
List and brief description of selection criteria:
— Bestätigung und Nachweis, dass die Montage durch unternehmenseigenes Personal erfolgt, welches seinerseits entsprechend qualifiziert und zertifiziert ist,

— Drei Referenzen vergleichbarer Komplexität, nicht älter als 3 Jahre, mit kurzer Beschreibung des Projektes, dessen Dauer und Fertigstellung sowie Angabe eines Ansprechpartners vom Auftraggeber mit dessen Position, Telefonnummer und möglichst Referenzschreiben und unbedingt Angaben zu folgenden Punkten:

1.) Erfahrung mit Kupferbeschichtung von Edelstahl für supraleitende Hochfrequenz-anwendungen für Frequenzen von 350 MHz oder höher. Diese Erfahrung muss vom Hersteller oder dem Sublieferanten dadurch nachgewiesen werden, dass mindestens 5 verschiedene hergestellte Komponenten an mindestens einem Beschleuniger oder an einem Teststand für Beschleunigerkavitäten mindestens 6 Monate in Betrieb waren. Die Herstellung dieser Komponenten muss innerhalb der letzten 5 Jahre erfolgt sein.

2.) Erfahrung mit dem Löten von Keramik (Al2O3) nachgewiesen durch erfolgreiches Löten während der letzten 5 Jahre.

3.) Erfahrung mit der Herstellung von Ultrahochvakuumkomponenten für Beschleuniger in den letzten 5 Jahren.

4.) Fähigkeit zur Durchführung der partikelfreien Montage (in einem Reinraum nach ISO 5 oder besser) vor Ort oder durch einen Sublieferanten.

5.) Erfahrung mit den folgenden Schweiß- / Lötverfahren; Elektronenstrahlschweißen, Vakuumlöten oder Wasserstofflöten, von folgenden Werkstoffpaarungen: Kupfer zu Edelstahl, Kupfer zu Kupfer und Edelstahl zu Edelstahl. Nachgewiesen durch erfolgreiche Schweißungen bzw. Lötungen in den letzten 5 Jahren.
