Provision of CBRN equipment and associated services, spare parts and/or consumables, for a national training in Algeria intended for personnel in charge of border control.

One single lot is foreseen for this contract, which is divided into the following components:
1) Provision of CBRN equipment and associated services;
2) Provision of spare parts and/or consumables with associated one-year maintenance.

Additional information
Part of this equipment is of dual-use nature and must obtain permits normally needed for its delivery in Algeria.

Legal basis
Regulation (EU) No 236/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 laying down common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for financing external action and Regulation (EU) No 230/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11.3.2014 establishing an instrument contributing to stability and peace.
